Pumpkin soup is getting popular this time of the year. It's easy to make! Best to roast the pumpkin when making soup. Cut the pumkin, scoop out the seeds and slice into wedges like ( 8× ). Next put them in the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle fresh rosemarie, taragon spice you have in your larder and season them well. Roast them in the oven for 45 minutes, gas mark- 200° until soft.
