First day of classes here at zee vet school and apparently everyone had the same idea to get up for a 5am workout. I trained legs this morning and it was fyaaa
Glute activation circuit
1. Narrow stance squat on smith machine 10x3
2. Backward lunges on smith machine 10x3 each leg
3. Superset x3
- leg press x10
-single leg press x10 each leg
4. Standing cable hip abduction
5. BB squat curtsy lunge squat 5x3 each leg
