I’ve come to the conclusion that the 7a gym rush is the absolute worst, btw. I’m better off getting in and out before the clock strikes 6.59 seriously!
As for the food, the #tiuloveyourbody series has got me on Week 2, with Oatmeal Raisin Cookie overnight oats for my M1 and chia seed pudding for M4! I’m loving both of those, btw 🤭
BUT. I think I may need to include one more mini meal- probably a M4.5 I’m thinking I may not be eating enough calories by maybe 100 or 200. I’ve felt huuuungry by 4-5p and I’m thinking I’m probably better off at least doing some homemade trail mix or something to keep me going until M5
