I want to live an active life. That doesn't mean I need to run the fastest or jump the highest. That means I move my body everyday in a way that feels good. Getting outside and conquering big hills feels good. Good talks with good friends makes it even better. And the view from the top today was AMAZING!! #HikingBuddiesForLife
I’m a lucky lady! My birthday isn’t for another 2 days, but my sweet friends and family are already spoiling me. Dinner with my parents and husband where we had (my favorite!) crab legs. My sweet friend @thisgirlsellshouses sent me gorgeous flowers and chocolates. My wonderful friend @kazzmeow sent me gourmet chocolates, Woodford Reserve bourbon, Patron tequila, a 40th birthday wine glass and a beautiful card. Thank you and I love you all so much!
So true, right?! If you’re eating something and thinking, “I hate this, why am I doing this to myself” or, “I need to eat this food but I really don’t like it” then you’re attracting negative energy into your body, mind, and soul. You can’t get positive results from a negative reaction. Find healthy foods you LOVE , prepare them with love, eat them with love.
