Over 40? I am!

I recently had someone say to me, "Sorry, I can't join you in your programs because I'm 40 years old." Wah, Wahhh, WHAT???? Who feed you that crap and why are you believing it?

Are you flipping kidding me! So if you don't take care of yourself when your are 40, where will that leave you when you are 50? How about 60?

Do you want to get out of your chair 💺 when you are 60? That requires leg muscles. How about sitting up in bed 🛌? That requires ab muscles. How about getting off the toilet 🚽? Flip your thinking! You have to build your muscles while you are in your 40's! You have to build your strength while you still are strong enough.
If not now, then when?
