It's safe to say I will never bulk AGAIN! Was litterally the worst thing I did to my body, it made me feel heavy and sluggish as I wasn't doing much cardio, I gained weight all around the top of my arms & face,
.. basically everywhere except my boobsI felt so blocked up ... I just didn't feel like me at all. I think aswell because I just came back from being in Thailand for a month in January where I really struggled to eat the food out there as got food poisening few times, my body was pretty much starved when I got back and I did start eating a lot again it just SUCKEDDDDS everything in and latched on for dear life ... been nearly 9 months but managed to lose 7kg of body fat, as on the left I was 62kg and right ( present ) I'm 55kg. I'm glad I lost it over 9 months rather than drastically as it means it's a lot easier for me to maintain it, but oh my it was HARD to get rid of, it's only since changing my diet and cutting out meat that I've found it easier. I was told by a PT that I needed 150g of protein which made me feel so bloated and stuffed, and is very very shocking after reading the studies linking meat to type 2 diabetes, cancers etc .. Im now having around 80-100g of plant protein now, and I feel like my whole body is working now. The only thing I miss is how strong I was, but my goals isn't to be strong, it's just to feel and look healthy!
