Decided to attempt to record my basic "extra 1/2 mile" look while getting ready. (If I wear eye shadow, Eye liner or Lip stick...that is the "extra mile" for me). This is for those who have sweetly complimented and are surprised when I tell them that "no, I'm really not wearing any foundation." So here it is!
Step 1: R+F Redefine Daily Cleansing #Mask (2 minutes tip dry and wash off. I normally use this time to brush my teeth)
Step 2: R+F Redefine Pore Minimizing #Toner (applies with Essentials Gauze Pads to ensure a proper amount of product and exfoliation)
Step 3: R+F #Redefine Triple Defense Treatment Broad Spectrum SPF 30 (I like to put this on like warrior paint because I know it is doing battle for me against the sun and against fine lines and wrinkles!) This alone leaves my skin looking so much better and feeling amazing!
Step 4: It is NOT easy to take a self while drying your curly hair with a diffuser! Cracked myself up!
Step 5: I like #Almay brand mascara. I have very sensetive eyes and have had allergic reactions to many other mascaras. I was super excited that #RFLashBoost didn't cause any problems for me and, using the same mascara both before and after LB, there is a TREMENDOUS visible difference!
Step 6: Almay brand blush. This is a new add in for me. I just started wearing blush again on occasion. I intend to try different shades of #RFMineralPeptidesPowder soon and see how it compares to the blush
Step 7: #RFMineralPeptidesPowder in Light. Because I am wicked light skinned. After seeing a fellow consultant share how she used the RF Retractable Kabuki Brush, (which I already LOVED because of how soft it is and how it stays clean inside it's sealed and capped case), with this Powder for "packing it in" in certain areas and using it to sort if "highlight" I've become an even BIGGER fan of the powder AND the brush!
Step 8: R+F Essentials #LipShield to smooth, soften and protect my lips
Step 9: Ta Da! And I'm done.
I don't know if anyone gives a lick about this "look" () or not. But...that's what I do! How many steps to "Ta Da" would you like to cut out of your getting ready routine? Would improved skin help you do that?
New blog! These are my favorite beauty and skin care products of all time! Hopefully you guys appreciate my dry humor and it doesn't have any typos, because I had an adult beverage while writing my intro. Luckily this one doesn't have a lot of writing, I tried to keep it primarily products and where to find them. Also, it's almost 50% drugstore. YAY!
