Don't give up when it gets difficult! I recently saw a post that I wanted to share the message with... "Giving up on how far you've come when it gets difficult is like slashing your other three tires because you got a flat"! And that makes so much sense! It is hard work.. but didn't you know that already? Think back to how you felt at the beginning and the reasons you want to succeed!!! You CAN do THIS! All you have to do.. it just not give up!! It's my second week on my first Beachbody program.. so I'm just in the beginning stages still, I've noticed in these past two weeks though.. At the start of the week I'm strong and determined.. to the end of the work week I feel so tired and i have to dig deep to find the motivation, but then by the weekend after I get through the struggle I am so happy and motivated again!! It's a weird process and it is a challenge! But that's awesome!! To challenge myself and be able to continue! Maybe some days I don't do a great job but I still get through it and I NEVER GIVE UP! It's a long road.. but nothing worth having comes easy right? If you want something you have to work for it, it getting tough means that things are starting to fall into place, and to secure them you have to keep going, or you'll lose what you wanted. Stay focused and remember why you want this!! No excuses and get it done! What are your favourite Beachbody programs to do??
