Порадуйте своих защитников вкуснейшими, а главное полезными пирожными (без вреда для фигуры) ⭐️Муравейник⭐️

Ингредиенты (на 4 пирожных):
📌 Хлебцы - 3шт.
📌 Мёд – 20г.
📌 Арахисовая паста – 40г.
📌 Сухое обезжиренное молоко – 1 ст.л.
📌 Молоко – 1 ст.л.
📌 Горький шоколад – 20г.

Приготовление:
1. Поломайте или мелко порубите три хлебца.
2. Смешайте в сотейнике или огнеупорной миске мёд, арахисовую пасту, сухое молоко и обычное молоко. Поставьте на медленный огонь, постоянно помешивайте.
3. Когда ингредиенты соединятся, высыпьте е в получившуюся массу крошку от хлебцев, тщательно перемешайте.
4. Выложите общим тортом в глубокую тарелку или используйте формочки для маффинов. Прессуйте как следует, а то мини-“Муравейники” развалятся. Поставьте в холодильник.
5. Растопите немного горького шоколада, покройте им диетические пирожные. Много не лейте, будет слишком шоколадно. Подержите пирожные в холоде около 30 минут.

Yes, foundations are key. Stability and recruiting muscles to function properly is key. Absolutely vital for concrete strength.

Can you also work on stability and add in some cardio blasts on a Bosu? In my opinion, of course you can. We like to cover many components of movement and fitness into our sessions. Just don't do all of only one thing. And don't teeter away on Bosus before you've learned to stabilize well, with your BRAIN (& core).

Life has us walking on ice, walking on boats over rapids (okay, maybe not so much) climbing things... it's good to be able to mentally get inside your core and your body in a few different circumstances. It makes you better at everything else.

Plus, my love for a bosu burpee is a life-long experience. Clients... well they're divided. 😏

Zul je een andere prikkel geven die niet perse zwaar hoeft.
