I've never been one to obsess over the scale but I'm sharing my numbers here to really drive home the point that this goes WAY beyond the what we can see with our eyes...down over 14% body fat and 17lbs (increased lean muscle over 15%.) Så har jeg mere eller mindre fået indført lidt mavetræning igen. Jeg har over en lang periode ikke trænet det isoleret, da jeg ikke følte det nødvendigt, da man jo får masser af core træning gennem de store øvelser som squat, dødløft, chinups osv. Nu hvor det er tid til at cutte ned om blot 2-3 måneder føler jeg det nødvendigt, at fokusere lidt mere på mine mavemuskler igen. Denne øvelse er super god og rammer bare spot on! #jglvideos
