CHIA SEED COFFEE PUDDING.
Recipe:
1/2 cup unsweetened Almond or Coconut milk.
1/4 cup chia seeds.
1 tablespoon sugar free pure maple syrup.
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Mix and keep overnight in the fridge.
Note:
Add a shot of coffee before eating, mix well and enjoy the yumness!!!
If u don't add coffee you might need to add an additional 2/3 cup of unsweetened almond milk or a scoop of Choc protein powder.☕️👌🏼

All black for Vegas this weekend 🖤♠️ I found myself comparing my body to other women at the pool party I went to - questioning if I was too curvy, should've worked out more & lost weight beforehand, etc. Thankfully I was able to take a step back & realize that those other women there looked fantastic & that in NO WAY made me look less great! Instead of worrying about what other people thought I focused on dancing & enjoying the time with my friends 💕 & I had a great time! It's so easy to compare & even let that ruin what should be a good time!
