Last pull was for the 308lb Class American Deadlift Record of 909lbs and locked me in with a 9 for 9 day ending with a 2260lb total.
What could you do in a year if you didn’t make excuses? The transformation of the body is a big deal but the transformation of everything else is really where it’s at. And along the way she got herself a first place at the Denver open, hows that for mission accomplished?
Another higher cal lower cardio prep not requiring any faster cardio, never more than 1 45 minute session of cardio with most being 30 minutes and never dipping below unhealthy calorie ranges. Just science, evidence based training techniques and hard work.

Yep, I gained quite a bit this year-What I gained: Self-discipline, more faith, dedication, self-motivation, gratitude, appreciation, compassion, self-care, the ability to ask for help, friendships with some AMAZING women... it goes on and on!
What I lost: Ego, excuses, blaming others, accepting less than my very best, people-pleasing, this list too goes on and one. It’s not about the numbers. It’s about setting goals, any goal, not just fitness, and refusing to give up.
