FIRSTLY, I am NOT saying either breakfast is "good" or "bad" or "clean" or "dirty". I am simply pointing out that sometimes a seemingly quick and healthy breakfast can be the culprit hindering you from your fat loss goals!
Be mindful of cereals and mueslis - even the ones with fancy pictures of trees and birds and non-gmo labels luring you into thinking your choosing a lower calorie healthy option. These can pack on calories FAST!
Also beware of liquid calories! Juices are basically just liquid carbohydrates and wouldn't you rather chew those calories?!
