I haven't been the best lately. I goofed and started my new program the same day as my vacation.. that was dumb!
No worries! I took that week off and yesterday I started over because that's OK! I'm on day two of my 80 day journey to the best me I've ever known. Today was day and boy did I feel it... Can I get a !!!
I will not be able to walk tomorrow... But we push on and through that burn because when you want something bad enough NOTHING will stop you!

Today I officially lost a total of 40lbs from my initial start weight (yes, the boobs are still there ) #seriouslytho when it came to my Chronic Lyme and other illnesses, I was told by doctors that I ONLY had two options when it came to my medical treatments. They said my only two options were A. Take medications with weight gaining side-effects OR B. Not take any medications and suffer with my illnesses. So because of FALSE RECOMMENDATIONS by “professionals”, I was FORCED to take treatments that made me gain 50+ lbs from my initial weight at the time. ♀️♀️♀️ After continuously being #depressed from gaining weight from my meds, I tried everything to lose weight, from extreme exercises to extreme dieting. Nothing seemed to work, so I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands by searching for new doctors. #advocateforyourself If it wasn’t for me taking the extensive amount of time to research on my own and find a NEW treatment team, I would’ve been led to believe that there was NO hope for me to ever lose weight again but because I decided to put everything else on the back burner to make myself a priority, I was able to find the proper treatment team that helped me feel happy again So for those of you that are struggling with the similar issues I previously had, PLEASE don’t be led to believe that what all #medical “professionals” say is true. The party life vs. Herbalife. Pretty embarrassed to post this but I remember looking at the picture to the left after it was taken and couldn’t believe how upset it made me. Most people who know me, know I’m a social drinker and I love to go out and have a good time. Being apart of Herbalife has been extremely beneficial and rewarding and I love what I do! Trying to eat right and exercise has not been easy but with Herbalife as my foundation, motivation from my girls and an inspirational upline @juciiejay, I know it will only get better from here. Day 2/80 These bands will make your booty burn!!! Still feeling a bit crummy so it was definitely more do-able getting a sweat on without any crazy cardio. Loving the extra balance challenge with some of these moves.
Sometimes your schedule overlaps and you have to adjust.
Today my workout overlapped and I had to rush out the door to pick up my kiddo from school as soon as my workout ended! So I had to make my recover shake, grab my fruit, and jump in the car. .
It’s ok if everything doesn’t go as planned. It’s ok to not be perfect and have everything figured out. Life gets busy but you always have Time for you. .
Consistency is the key. Show up everyday and get it done. If your schedule overlaps or something comes up, don’t skip your workouts just adjust. Push your workout until later in the day if you need too or jump in and get it done early if you know something changed. .
You can’t expect to achieve the results you want if you don’t put in the full effort. .
Favorite Protein Bar recipe
3.5C old fashioned oats
1.5C wheat germ
1.5C oat bran
6T ground flax seeds
1 C walnuts
1/2C chopped pecans
1.5C natural peanut butter
1/2C raw honey
1C dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Line 9x 13 pan with foil. Combine dry ingredients. Mix peanut butter, honey, melted butter and choco chips. Press evenly into pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
