Love you a (healthier)"latte"!! *coffee, tea or expresso + about 5 -6 oz homemade creamer
+1 scoop collagen +1/2-1tsp ghee
+extra cinnamon for topping - This comes out perfect if you can throw it in a vitamix. If not, get yourself a handheld frother.
- coconut milk (about 1/2 can)
-almond milk (at least 8 oz) *I usually do more of this because I don't love the taste of coconut milk -vanilla (to taste)
-cinnamon (to taste)
*You can sweeten with either dates (these are super sweet so 1-2 for a large batch of homemade creamer), honey or Stevia .
