Rope climbs have always been one of me weaknesses but it is no longer a movement that I dread in workouts. I've practiced them alone, I've practiced them in EMOMS, I've practiced them in weighted vest EMOMS. I officially have it down to a 2 pull technique that works for me. Might not be the prettiest but it gets the job done.

The picture on the left is me at 16, 6ft tall (182cm) and I weighed a huge 18st 5lbs (117kg or 260 lbs)
I still remember looking at the scales when I was 16 and seeing the weight that I did and just not believing it. I couldn't believe I weighed 18 stone!! My weight had just spiralled out of control. I was eating more and more and excerising less and less.

We all have good days and bad days. We can't control what happens to us but we can choose how to handle it. Life sometimes takes our nicely planned out agendas and pushes them out of reach by making us deal with the unexpected. It's at these points that we must simply make the most of it.
