Haven't posted in a while. Was in Vegas and been sick. Also haven't trained or eaten well in the last 4-5 days (today back on good decisions). Looking in the mirror do I look flat and maybe a little atrophied and soft. Yes. But I'm still lean and I didn't turn into an fat mess in just a week.
Just saying, if you aren't competing or you arent in season... give yourself a break. Listen to your body. No meal or day or week can possibly destroy YEARS of commitment. YEARS of blood sweat and tears. YEARS of time and effort and good decisions. ITS COMMON SENSE.

Couldn't decide between #back or quads today, so I went with quads. Took this pic last night. I woke up this morning ready to throw in the towel...yep! One of "those" days. Although I nailed my leg workout, I still have that attitude thing going on. That look in the mirror and not happy with what you see. Yes, love yourself as you are...blah, blah, blah...but, we #bodybuild to see improvements. It's hard work! We expect progress, for me...perfection, and I will admit that. My goal is to be thicker and not necessarily shredded or lean...like, swole that's what I want damnit! It might sound stupid, but that's what I want and that's what I will get. I will not cut or shred without more size...end of story. I'm not wishing to look exactly like anyone, but I do have the ideal body type I would like to obtain. Ok, rant over. I will not throw in the towel, I will eat bigger and continue to train at a 100% level...because I am a grown up and as Eric Cartman says, "What-Eva! I'll do what I want!" 1 Scoop FitFam Supps 100% Whey Isolate
1/4 C Honey or Agave
1/4 C Almond butter
1 C Oats
1/2 C Chocolate Chips
1/2 C Coconut flakes

I train hard because I love my body, not because I hate it. So Monday after comp I was straight back in my happy place #freshtrainingsystems seeing how my wrist would handle my favourite exercise stiff leg #deadlifts I had to give the barbell a rest in the last 6 weeks of prep due to my wrist injury. Felt so good to lift it again... I'm still feeling it 5 days later!
I want to live my best everyday, not just comp day. Come at me life!
