Today was a bit tough. My body did not want to go. My shoulder was being stubborn but I managed to push through a tough core and lower body TRX class. Buddy session was great. @slclark.getfit1962 and I surely pushed each other right from the get go....literally. We helped push each other up on buddy pull-ups. As we went through our workouts, she and I kept upping the weights. Training women is a lot more demanding than training men (95% of the time) and there are a lot more factors affecting progress. Time scale/hormones/patience/body type/catabolic damage and lots more shit ♂️ Getting a woman to a stage where their body is functioning on high calories is the single most important factor in a successful transformation (sometimes 6-8weeks isn't enough to reverse previously bad habits and choices) but never be scared to not lose the pounds or stay the same for s few weeks - so that in 12-16 weeks time your body is burning fat whilst on 1800+ calories / not 1100 and miserable
