#sistersunday Found this goodie in my cloud storage. Taking it back to when we spent hours in the garage making up dances instead of working on my nursing hw. I love my seester @twomgovercsquared and all the random things we entertain ourselves with.
So excited and wanted to share with you that I was selected as one of the ten winners of the Top 10 Author contest in the Launch Your Dream Book program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition! I feel so honored and lucky to be included with the other nine winners.
Writing my first book was really challenging and I had many doubts about what I was writing along the way but I learned so much through the process. Some people actually told me that I was crazy for trying to do too much at once (starting grad school while writing a book) but if there is one thing I learned from this process it is this: there never is a "right time" or "perfect moment" to do something but if you really feel determined, then just go for it! There were many days I felt like I was never going to get it all done but somehow I pushed through...It's kind of like the message of my book...to keep moving forward even when you are not exactly sure how it's all going to work out.
I am truly SO very much thankful for all the enthusiasm that so many of you have shown for "PUSH Past Perfect" and for all the support! Every time someone tells me that they felt inspired by something in the book, it makes me smile and I know it was all worth it.
If you struggle with bouncing back from setbacks when trying to eat healthier or keeping up with a fitness routine, the strategies in this book can help! To learn more about "PUSH Past Perfect" or to get your copy ---> http://www.meganantoni.com/push-past-perfect.html
