1. 5 DL to 5 Jump squats (3 times in a row without a break)
2. 6 Skaters to MB smash/burpee with overhead press—> plyo box jump 5 full reps
3. Kneeling explosive hop to box jump 5-6 reps
4. 3 second L-sit kick outs 5 reps or as many clean reps as you can get!
