#Day33 This is my I’m sunburnt, exhausted, but what a great weekend face! My challenge for myself this week is to warm up with a traditional cardio(treadmill or stairs), go to my weight regime, and finish with HIIT cardio. At the end of the day, you don’t need anyone to complete you.
You don’t need saving.
You don’t need a superhero.
You don’t need that guy or girl.
You already have everything that you need inside of you.
Stop looking for someone to complete you and start focusing on finding wholeness on your own.
Stop trying to force someone to fit into all your broken cracks and crevices and starting focusing on healing yourself.
People think another person is the answer to all of their problems and that’s why the divorce rate is 50% in our country.
Focus on being the best person you can be.
Become the person you would want to fall in love with.
Give without expecting anything in return.
Cultivate all of the qualities you would look for in a partner.
Do it for you.
Do it so you can be a light to others.
Do it so you can live this life to the fullest.
Life is too freakin short to waste time trying to find a person to complete you when that person doesn’t exist.
You are complete.
You are whole.
You are the superhero in this movie.
You are the one who decides whether or not it has a happy ending.
