I was NOT a runner by any means and up until recently I hated it. My career choice as a police officer has forced me to run, run and run. Cardio was never my strong suit compared to lifting but I have come a long way. I am so proud of my mile time and I know it will get easier the more I do it. This was my cardio part of my workout today with a 5 minute walk for a warm up! I averaged it to be a 9 minute mile, which is huge compared to where I started!! #hardwork #dedication #progress #cardioworkout #gymlife
