🇬🇧It’s been a while since my last transformation picture. I’m struggling finding more ‘before’ pictures as I have all my old photos in Spain. Anyway, this will serve the purpose! On the left, I was 20ish, I ate crap, I drunk a lot, no exercising whatsoever. On the left, 27, clean eating (real food mostly), weights and high intensity training 4 times a week, zero proper cardio (I try to walk everywhere, though). I haven’t stopped going out and partying but I’ve reduced considerably the amount of drinks and the times I go out a month to only 1. I ALWAYS take the stairs, even when I take the escalators, I made that proposition early December and I’ve been sticking to it since then. On the left I suffered from bulimia and emotional eating, on the right I don’t know how much I weight and to be honest I don’t care. Obviously it’s difficult to recover from toxic thoughts such as needing food when I feel blue, but on the right I’m stronger physically and emotionally to keep that thoughts away. I’m happier now. 🇪🇸Hace mucho de mí última transformación, me cuesta encontrar fotos antiguas porque todas están en España. Pero creo que está sirve para esto. En la foto de la izquierda, alrededor de 20, comía mierda, bebía como un cosaco, sufría de bulimia y atracones emocionales. A la derecha, 27, como limpio (la mayor parte comida real), entreno 4 veces por semana en el gimnasio pesas y alta intensidad, cero cardio (aunque intento andar a todos lados), SIEMPRE cojo las escaleras, incluso las mecánicas (hice este propósito a principios de diciembre y lo estoy cumpliendo, obviamente es difícil recuperarse de pensamientos tóxicos como comer para sentirme mejor, pero mi fuerza física y mental es mayor para mantener esos pensamientos a raya. No sé cuánto peso, y francamente no me importa. Soy mucho más feliz. #transformationtuesday
