Follow this great athlete for some intense workouts and killer smoothie recipes! Grab a friend and try this one. You both get a workout. Abs are targeted but you also get some shoulder with the overhead toss. If you have clients that cannot stay down on their knees, you can have them stand in a squatted position (fire on the quads)!
With all this talk of the flu and getting a shot...I conceded. I got my shot of elderberry and cinnamon syrup in my cup of elderberry blossom, oxeye daisy, horsetail and ginger tea. Yummy!
I shall have another "shot" tomorrow. I love using my wildcrafted/foraged herbs to help keep me healthy.
