I have been feeling so run down recently in every aspect of my life. I’m learning how to cope and manage with stress but it isn’t always easy, and that’s ok. Sometimes you just have to put your health and well-being first, like I did this afternoon with my sister whilst my parents did the food shop. Getting out of the house and relaxing for half an hour is just what I needed (aka coffee and fresh air). Back home now and resting

Take the time to mentally and physically prepare for you day/week. Meal prep being the focus here but really this applies to many aspects of your daily routine. .

One of the biggest changes I have made in my life that has benefitting me and lead to incredible personal growth is taking 10 min before I go to bed to write down my goals and plan the next day so when I wake up I know exactly where I need to start when I get up @ 4:30am to kick that day’s ass. .
I used to not be a morning person but I started asking myself what does that even mean? That’s just something people say when they don’t want to get shit done and put the time in to actually attack their goals and dreams. It’s a terrible excuse. .
Without structure and a plan you will get burnt out. Set smaller goals that will help you reach your vision. Write Down your tasks and physically cross them off when you get them done. Visually seeing a fully completed day will give you satisfaction and a sense of fulfillment that will help you sleep better and get you pumped to get after the next day. .
These are not my techniques. I never used to do any of this but I have listened and adopted practices by some of the most successful people in the world and go figure they actually work! @inspiredbystephanie
Parce que pendant presque 3 semaines je n'ai pas arrete une sec, je n'ai pas ete a la maison, je j'ai pas vu beaucoup mes filles ou mon mari, parce que je ne me suis pas posee le cul sur une chaise sans rien faire.... ce matin, je prends le temps de me faire un bon bowlcake qui fait du bien, bon apres avoir repasse, fait ma pate a pain, ranger..... allez, j'y retourne, la pause est finie!
