Pasta with crumby curry sauce, topped with avocado & hemp seed. --- I made the curry sauce from saturday's pumpkin cashew coconut curry. Since my food processor is pretty crappy, its unable to make a smooth sauce. But I think I'm more like a 'crumby' than 'smooth' person. Not sure if that expression of mine makes any sense in English. The sauce is still really good after all! And it seems to me that avocado can go so well with almost anything? #pasta#curry#avocado
Just because I’m cutting now doesn’t mean I’m going to stop eating carbs!
Anyone that tells you that you must cut out all carbs when cutting is wrong!
Let me tell you why...
Carbohydrates are the body’s main source of fuel and energy, so why would you want to cut that out completely? The only thing you will achieve from doing that is a poor gym performance from lousy low energy workouts, mood swings & inevitably a massive crash/binge!
To lose body fat you want to think more in terms of reducing carbs. Not eliminating them completely. The goal should be to keep carbs as high as possible whilst still losing fat. That was you can lower them slightly if you hit a fat loss plateau.
Remember if you want to maintain the muscle you have built, you need to maintain a good gym performance. The carbs will give you energy to perform better in the gym!

One of the reasons why I don’t post as many gym pics in the mirror is because of the other people around me! I don’t understand how people can take perfectly executed gym pics without other people watching/looking. A couple weeks ago, I decided to hurry and snap a pic of my legs because WOULD YOU LOOK AT THOSE QUADS. (Not to brag, but they’ve never looked so good in my life ♀️). Apparently, I wasn’t quick enough to take this photo hence the girl in the background
I also amped up my weight from 135 lbs to 225 lbs for squats! New PR yay #gettingstronger
