Meal prep Wednesday. Snack 1 = Grilled sandwich, 2 slices of Fazer toast apple- cinnamon and in the middle is KFD Nutrition Sauce Zero strawberry flavor also 235g fresh orange = 307cal. Lunch = Puree soup (cauliflower, yellow & orange carrots, potato, onion, beetroot, minced chicken meat and melted cheese) on top some pumpkin seeds and on side half slice of rye bread = 328 cal. Snack 2 = 200g Esko Talu natural creek yoghurt with 30g KFD Nutrition creme brûlée flavor protein + 50g frozen raspberries. Also i will add there later 15g Oho! Multigrain rings with coconut nectar = 282 cal. After work is gym time (cardio day) and during training BPI Sports Best BCAA watermelon flavor (10g with water) = 30 cal.

Great push workout today, definite increase in strength and power.
The Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) works very well, still let's see how it works over a longer period.
Will experiment with DUP and block periodization too, to see what gives better gains and crushes the plateau I've been experiencing lately, as there is a little bewilderment as to which one is better according to the research papers published. Study references: via the ncbi site and Dr.Mike Zordous's study.
