Looking rather moody but I'm definitely NOT because I just got my workout DONEEE!! Pure Cardio is always a mental 38 minutes but today I reeeeally pushed myself to do an extra rep of each move when I felt like stopping - and it made SUCH a difference! I felt so proud and accomplished - more so than usual! When you really push yourself for just 1 more rep, you can make a massive difference to your sense of achievement, to your muscle performance and to your overall fitness over time! (especially when the last move of the workout is jack push ups!! ) what's your favourite workout move and how do you push yourself??
