Are You Training Or Just Working Out?? Some people go into the gym daily and perform randomized and quickly constructed workouts.
And that's fine. People can actually make goos progress for a while. But having random, unplanned options isnt the way to go long run. And its definitely not a good place to start.
Jyoti has been a client with me for a while. Mostly through nutrition but now that shes are MN&T a lot of her training has been privatized.
Despite our history her and I still put in work and make changes on making her move well and be pain free.
About 1 month ago she found out about some negative bone issues going on in her hips and neck. She has been super active with field hockey, working out and hiking and stuff for years but she also works incredibly hard and long hours at a desk.
