Ladies, one of my favorite booty blasting exercises is the Deficit Reverse Lunge. Start with body weight and add some dumbbells if you want to scale things up.
- Find a 4-8 inch platform to stand on - Take a big step backwards to ensure your front knee does not come forward too much - Drive through the heel of your front foot as you stand up - Stand back up with both feet together in one fluid motion - 8 to 12 reps on your right leg, then do the same on your left leg
