Rose scented hemp seed breakfast bars! I love floral notes, especially when honey is involved! These deliciously sweet & easy bars can be made a day in advance. Then snack away lil monsters cause they taste like candy🙌🏻
Gimme bars, go:
In a bowl mix smash 3 dates until pulverized. Then add drizzle of raw local honey, coconut shreds, hemp seed, small scoop of almond butter, sprinkle of chia seeds, splash of food grade rose water ( not facial mist! Lol) and salt. Mix throughly, then press onto a cutting board and form into a flat square. Cut into bars and store in the fridge stacked with waxed paper in between each bar. Enjoy!

the deets: 3/4c of pumpkin purée + 3/4c pb + 1/2c coconut flour + 1/4c maple syrup + 1/4c of chopped pecans mixed. Roll into balls, and place in the fridge to cool. melt 3/4c of dark chocolate chips with 3tbs of coconut oil. sprinkle with more pecans #turnipyourlife

Well today was the earliest I’ve woken up in about 2 weeks.. about 6:50am because Lexy needed to go out (normally she’ll sleep in with me) but anyway I made Strawberry oats — took about 7 strawberries chopped them up and added them to 3/4 cup of oats with enough water to cover it... added a scoop of @furtherfoodcollagen because this stuff works wonders!! A scoop of ground cinnamon and mixed up until it became thicker. Topping it off with a more sliced strawberries, pumpkin seeds, and @salbachia chia seeds!! •


The only thing getting me through this semi-terrible week is the fact that I get to sit and have a glass of wine with my best friend tonight, and I’ll be in NYC with my boyfriend this weekend ☺️👍🏼
