My favourite part about being a mum is getting my son involved in cooking. This is what we made together for dinner yesterday - we enjoyed a plate together. I love my little fellow foodie!
The marinade for the organic hard tofu is: 3 tbsp tamari, 3 tbsp rice syrup, 3 cloves of fresh garlic & 1 tbsp pure peanut butter.
How to fill up your worthiness tank! When you feel inspired, excited, and full of possibilities as you connect your actions to your dreams, when you nourish your body with delicious and clean foods, when you feel energised and alive as you embrace the rhythm of your favourite music, while dancing under the moonlight. When you stroll along the twilight markets with your girlfriends, laughing and chatting, These are the moments you fill up your worthiness tank. Remember Ladies, Always “Love who you are”. Any man who comes into your presence will feel lucky. Jenny
Honestly this is the best smelling soy candle ever. Coconut Vanilla Caramel - I actually want to eat it. My whole kitchen smells beautiful even when I don’t light it. Eco friendly and delicious from @coconutbowls. I’m pretty keen to buy there others scents because this so beautiful. Plus I’ll be left with a rather large coconut bowl at the end - it’s a win win
What better way would I want to spend my Saturday afternoon, after a huge week hard at work.
Even though I have such a huge belief around The universe and her magic, she still bloody surprises me every single time!
How’s this for a story....
I was randomly gifted (so grateful) this incredible book from the inspiring author @amy_molloy and her partner a week after I was only just chatting to my mum about how much of a horrible teenager I was, for a moment I slipped my positive ways and I was starting to feel so much guilt and angst around those years as she reminded me of many experiences and moments....Yup! You wouldn’t believe the teenager I was, the things I did and the way I lived my life and the stress I caused on my parents. but only a few pages in and this book literally is singing directly to my heart. Unfolding as if I had written it myself.
Did you know studies found that ‘troubled teenagers’ are more likely to become entrepreneurs because it takes a unique combination of breaking rules and being smart to handle the ups and downs of business. There are so many famous examples of those who have gone onto great things with troubled teenage years.. @richardbranson@firstname.lastname@example.org so instead of beating yourself up about your past, it’s time to use it to propel you forward. I love coaching my clients through this stuff - turning hard times into beautiful lessons
