Sundy morning studies #siggis 4% yogurt bowl topped with raspberries, sliced pear, almonds, cold milled chia/flax powder, and a sprinkle o cinnamon. Bought a new cookbook yesterday in this charming little cooking shop in a sleepy CT riverside town close to my heart. Chatted with the shopkeeper to learn that she had a PhD in Nutrition. Told me how she wished she became a dietitian. With nutritional and food science roots myself, it was very sweet to hear this from a position I’ve long admired. Uplifting say the least

That’s one thing that I actually never fail to do, I love cooking but since starting prepping once a week rather than cooking EVERYDAY it actually helped me budget better and be more productive in the cousina!! me proud me think!
