Lying kickback wariation๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ this exercise can really target your glutes ๐Ÿ‘better than lunges and squats. You can also perform them in standing position but i find it hard on lower back๐Ÿ˜ฅ i always do this in form of superset 10x straight kickback and 10x 45 degrees "cross" kickback to really feel that glutes๐Ÿ”ฅ when performing this exercise make sure your feet is moving in one line imaging it like you do lunges in one place when your feet is not moving from one place on the floor ๐Ÿ˜‰ and also do not extend your leg all the way leave a little bend in knee again the same like lunges or bulgarian split squat ๐Ÿ˜Š

Nama saya Noor Azmar binti Abdul Majid. Pada mulanya saja2 follow tip2 dari ig Coach Rafiq. Last2 tergerak hati untuk whatsapp coach untuk join program. Saya mula join WLC Season 25.
Pada mulanya, memang saya rasa tiada harapan untuk saya kurus, kerana selepas saya berkahwin dan melahirkan anak, memang berat badan saya tak pernah turun. Bermacam-macam cara berdiet saya ikut. Selalunya ikut kawan2 la. Tapi, biasanya hanya bertahan seminggu dua sahaja. Kemudian kembali ke tabiat asal. Iaitu diet ikut suka hati. Bila suka, buat la.. Tak suka, tak buat..Hehehe.. Produk2 untuk kuruskan badan pun banyak juga yang saya beli. Hasilnya setakat turun sekilo dua, lepas tu naik berkilo-kilo.. Lagi parah.. Pernah juga saya menyertai program di pusat pelangsingan badan, tetapi hampa. Duit melayang, hasilnya tiada.

Alhamdulillah, dengan menyertai program WLC ini, hasilnya amat ketara. Berkat tunjuk ajar coach2, senior2 dan coachee2 yang banyak berkongsi ilmu, pengalaman dan info yang betul dalam pengurusan berat badan dari segi pemakanan dan senaman.. akhirnya tanpa diduga, saya berjaya menurunkan berat badan saya dengan cara yang sihat dan tanpa perlu berlapar.

Dan kini, saya masih lagi teruskan program demi untuk mencapai berat badan yang ideal. Chaiyok2!!

I picked this one up from @CRPhysique a while ago before I started working with him.
#
Why I like this so much?
#
- Challenges the triceps in the shortened position. Not many triceps exercises do this.
#
- Allows you to go into shoulder extension at the bottom which provides a full range of motion on the triceps.
#
- Allows you to lock the scapula back and down, which puts the shoulder in a really safe position and helps with shoulder stability. Using a bench can help here as you can feel your scapula driving into the bench
#
- When you lock yourself into this exercise properly, it forces you to use your triceps to move the weight. You canโ€™t hide! ๏Š In most other triceps exercises, you can get away with it by moving the elbow or shoulder in some way to compensate.
