Becoming a certain number on the scale will not make you achieve happiness and if you think “oh if I just lost this x amount of weight then I’d be happy regardless” you my friend are wrong ♀️
A weight or size does not define you as a person and will not achieve your happiness you have to do that for you
Same sorta pic, literally half the size and a completely different person, different mindset, different goals. Photo on the left about 3 stone down from the start of everything (wouldn’t of been on a beach at that size ) picture on the right 3 months ago and about 4 stone difference between the two, but this isn’t about weight this is about a transformation of mindset.
I wasn’t happy in the photo on the left and I am now however thats NOT because of a Dress size or a number on the scale. -
I am happy because I have completely overhauled my life in many different ways.
Happiness now comes from a changed mindset and perspective and what I have achieved and the goals I am working towards as opposed to just an aesthetics point of view. -
Then - unhappy, no focus, no real interests, nothing to work towards, lazy, inactive, bad relationship with food. -
Now - happy, focused, massive passion for fitness, actually a hobby I really enjoy, keeping active and a healthy lifestyle, good relationship with food and working towards a complete life / career change.
You never know what starting now can do for you and your mindset and what you can achieve, if your unhappy do something about it as you never know where it may lead to :)

Incredibly pleased with this result, @miked.venum went 9 for 9 at the British masters. PB squat and Deadlift and of course a PB total. When I first starting coaching Mike he had not competed a few years due to a series of injuries. 2.) Avoid mindless snacking.
This is one of the biggest causes of fat gain over the holiday period. Just eating for the sake of it when you might not even want it.
That box of Roses in work that you pick at all day!!! They may be small but they add up very quickly!!
If you have one every hour and work an 8 hour day, that's about 320 extra calories!! You would probably say no to a chocolate bar because it is too high in calories but if you are snacking on these little chocolates all day, you may aswell have had a chocolate bar or even two!
