⭐️AMAZING⭐️ 8 week’s ago the bootcampers did a mini physical test because I wanted them to be able to not just feel their progress, but to SEE their progress and have it written down right in front of their face!
Today, we re-tested and there were so many improvements it was incredible to see!
Some were able to perform with a heavier weight, some kept the same weight and improved time, some did both, and some did more pushups on their toes!
SO MANY NON-SCALE VICTORIES TO BE PROUD OF!
