5 is the answer to both how old I am and how many miles I tackled today. I didn’t run because of post-thanksgiving guilt. I didn’t run for pace or time. I ran for me. I ran to rediscover the love for this sport and to find the speed in my legs again. I ran to clear my head. I ran because running is a way I express love for myself.
What do you run for? ♀️
Ps. On our way to a cabin on Mt Hood with NO cell service or WiFi. Let’s continue this week of disconnect!
