Solid brunch to start the week on my day off . Created this with a bunch of left-overs before the shop later today.
Folded three egg sautéed kale omelette on sliced beef and black pepper sausages and crispy brown basmati rice with Sriracha. Finished with avocado, mayo and balsamic glaze. It may sound weird but it tasted great.

Trying to make it through this sunny Monday with a plate of broad beans and brown rice, cooked with eggplant, green peppers and turkey. The final touch? Put an egg on it!
"Warm Fall Veggie Salad
Red Vein Sorrel, shaved and roasted Purple Cauliflower tossed with lemon juice. Pan roasted Butternut Squash, watermelon radish, avocado. Finished with a Carrot Ginger Dressing⠀
1 small piece of ginger ⠀
1 cup grated carrot ⠀
4 tbs olive oil⠀
3 tbs coconut vinegar⠀
1 tbs Tamari⠀
Pinch of salt ⠀
Water to help reach desired consistency ⠀
