Not sure who is more pink after today's full body work out: My face or my shoes haha But it sure was a GREAT work out! Now I'm ready for some foam rolling & then at least a day or two of rest, because resting is as important as working out because it's an equal part of the total process required to build endurance, strength and muscles

But to the point of my quest in building biceps:
•This week I focused on elbow mechanics at 90°
***(With elbow straight there is a compound influence of the shoulder that must be considered))
Call it discovery Mode;)
•This week I chose just one axis to focus on...The longitudinal axis of the radius & ulnar (R/U) joint & how they harmoniously work together~
•Mechanics about the distal humerus when the elbow is flexed always blow my mind... 180°
•I strive to always work on my full range: pronation & supination because deep down I know Its huge influence on developing elsewhere ... like a Lat for example... is a mother (ducking) hot damn in my book;)
•Honestly I'm always like what the F is happening in the way the joint spaces fit & move so that I can build a badass forearm?
(among other portions of my upper extremity))
...AND whose range allow me to inherit a beefy bicep and a lollipop shoulder?? Lmao...
•To inspire change I hit my anatomy books & study~
I know not enough & always thirst for more...& what's better..? My clients gain an inspired trainer & I gain my gain...
