Channeling my inner unicorn at the gym today. yes even unicorns sweat, I like to think we sparkle.
I get asked all the time what my workout routine looks like.... to be honest it's not routine. I am constantly doing something different and I think that's what's best for my body. If you come to my yoga classes you know I teach completely different sequences constantly. This keeps our body surprised and engaged. This keeps our mind attentive to our now instead of our to do list.
