Geneva wasn't actually the part of our Euro trip but hearing rave reviews from the locals as well as the tourists,we made an impromptu quick visit to the place.Geneva hosts the headquarters of various organizations, most imp of which is UN,but the city has other amazing things to offer too.
The first that caught our eyes and attention was the Floral clock, next to the Lake Geneva.
The clock contains more than 6,000 flowers and plants which vary by season. The clock functions as an actual timepiece (it keeps precise time transmitted via satellite) and the second hand (2.5m long) is the largest in the world.
The Milky Way over Lauterburnnen Valley, Switzerland.
During my stay, it was mostly cloudy except for the final night where the clouds cleared up a bit and I was able to see some stars. The Milky way added in to add some charm to the image.
