When it comes to posing, hiding your imperfections from the judges isn’t always the easiest thing to do. But #PracticeMakesPerfect, so gotta keep at it to make it look as effortless as possible. It amazes me every time I go through a solid prep how the human body is capable of making these crazy dramatic changes over a short “consistent” amount of time. So far I’ve been on prep for a good solid 8 weeks, and this is where the reaction to the right change up in macros starts to make the biggest transformations in your body. Not only following the process, but trusting the process is the mindset you must obtain over time as it gets more & more difficult. When you give yourself a solid chance to get the results you want, by having the right guidance & not cheating, the results become addicting therefor the process actually gets easier. Make a commitment and stick to it. Before you know it you will be able to pat yourself on the back for overcoming the struggles and achieving success. Hell yea! Its a done deal. Officially registered for the competition! No turning back now. Only 3 more weeks of hardcore work to bring my best. This’ll be my first time stepping on stage in Masters. Wish me luck. Hope to see you all there for support.

It’s been over a year since I last competed and only 3 more weeks til I hit the stage once again, now competing in the masters class. There are times where I look at my reflection in the mirror and realize how far I’ve came, with all the hard work put in & sacrifices made. Although you never really feel ready enough for things in life, my thoughts tend to bring my competitive side out with hopes of becoming a better version of myself. Training doesn’t always have to be so serious. Being a goofball to make my clients laugh, while I put them through hard work & struggle, is sometimes necessary to keep them pushing harder than ever with a smile Trainers, make sure to have fun with your clients. Don’t be one of those trainers who gets caught by others working out around you, as your on your phone when your suppose to be engaging with your clients. Get off the phone and find ways to be creative, use your personality, not just your knowledge, to fulfill your clients needs. They deserve that from you
After a heavy hardcore leg day, to complete your workout, try this superset out to fully fatigue your body on purpose. Using the new @terracorefitness to challenge my stability while adding some functionality to my burnouts. I love this thing! Gotta try it
“Proper nutrition”, aligned with “proper supplementation” makes a world of a difference. The game changer! Time to shed off the last few lbs of stubborn fat in these last 4 weeks. 3% here I come! Time to go train like a beast! Thanks @globalformulas.
12 weeks out, 10 weeks out, and currently 4 weeks out. The beauty of competing is the competition within yourself. Setting a goal, a date to achieve that goal, then working your butt off towards it. You never are guaranteed the outcome, but all you need is faith & trust in the process. I’d like to believe that the bigger the struggle, the bigger the reward. With that said, learn to embrace & welcome the struggles with everything positive you’re working towards in life. Regardless if you reach your ultimate goal or not, you will never regret the major accomplishments you make in life. Your a winner no matter what! Stay tuned for the final result.
