On January 30, 2018, I went to my first doctor’s appointment in more than a decade. The number shown above is my approximate starting weight as of that date since I measured at the appointment. After explaining my health history with the nurse that attended me before doing the same with the doctor later after, the best recommendation is to work on the weight loss at a healthy rate, preferably 1 to 2 pounds a week, with 30 mins. exercise at least 4 times a week. Let’s do this.

So, got a haircut today! Not sure if I like the style or not. Time will tell, I guess. I mean, I got what I asked for, so, yay! I thought it was time to try something different and out of my comfort zone. I'll work with it the next few days, see if it doesn't grow on me.
