Leg day finisher I like to incorporate single leg movements at the end of leg workouts to help address any strength imbalances, core stability, and activate hip and leg stabilizer muscles. High step ups are great because they essentially put you in the position of the bottom of a squat and force you to push up from that position. Try using power to drive yourself up as well as controlling the movement going down and not just dropping your leg back down. Also hand placement is not necessary it just helps me balance, you don't need to reach for an invisible friend haha. Try it out!
At Mortgage Savvy, we treat our clients like family, and we would never put you in a situation we wouldn’t want for our own mothers, siblings, or children.
Finances are not only personal, but they can be complicated. This is why our team invests time in educating our clients, so they can walk away with the best understanding of their financial undertaking. That’s one reason our underwriter Vim loves his job – because he is able to help people make better sense of their money.
“My client is my priority. But it’s not just about getting them what they want, it’s about addressing concerns and making them understand what they’re getting themselves into. With Mortgage Savvy, it’s not just about getting the mortgage they want, but also about getting the education they need.” – Vim Gandhi (@vim.gandhi), Underwriter, Mortgage Savvy
We are still dreaming about all this past Sunday held. The reminder that Jesus is present in the middle of our storms is something we are all taking onto our week.
Huge thank you to @mattbartgis for bringing an amazing word, and the whole serve team who that brought everything together.
We can't wait to do it all over again next Sunday morning. Make sure you bring a friend!
