Awesome vegetable burger with sweet potato wedges and vegan mayo
Burger: take 2 slices of eggplant, 4 slices of zucchini, 1 slice of bell pepper, 2 slices of red onion and 1 sliced mushroom. Spice all vegetables with your own taste. Put all vegetables on pile and spike them with grill stick. Bake in 200 celsius oven about 15mins.
Sweet potato wedges: cut 2 sweet potatoes into thin wedges. Spice them with black pepper and pink salt. Bake in the oven about 20mins and top with sunflower seeds.
Vegan mayonnaise: cut 1 claw of qarlic into small pieces, then mix 1dl almond flours, 0,5dl water, 0,5tbls of nutritional yeast, 1tsp of apple vinegar and touch of salt. Stir all ingrediences together and let it swell up abot 15 mins before serving.
