This is a vegetarian restaurant with vegan-friendly options. The items with eggs are clearly marked. They also have specific vegan dishes for you to choose from.
We had the
Bibimbap (request for no egg) - this has spinach, mushrooms, carrot, kimchi. RM18.90
Vegan Curry RM15.90
Both were delicious! A bit sad we totally forgot to order the vegetarian dumplings, must remember to do so the next time.
The staff were courteous and there was a calm vibe at the place. Parking spaces were available, a bit crowded but we managed to find a lot to park.

Confession: I need help with my tempo runs!! What was supposed to be a tempo turned into a progression run (starting at a comfortable pace and going slightly faster each mile). I started off well, with a tempo mindset- even did 3/4 of my first tempo mile! But then I mentally and physically broke down.
Perhaps my issue is my tempo pacing? Or maybe I’m not yet mentally resilient enough to handle tempo workouts? Either way- let me know how you figure out your tempo pace and how you mentally prepare yourself for what I consider to be the hardest speed workout!
