"I've been trying to find a replacement face wash for a while now since I wanted to stop using Neutrogena products with microbeads and harsh chemicals. I decided to give this a try based on the good reviews, but I'm always a little skeptical. This cleanser far exceeded my expectations. I put a little bit onto the konjac sponge and it foams so nicely and cleans so well. Plus with the sponge, you get a little more exfoliation. It's not drying and it seems to work great for my combination skin (that's more on the oily side).
Good morning!Or I guess afternoon. Slept in until 12 but that's ok - listen to your body! Sometimes it needs more sleep, sometimes (no all the time) it wants healthy foods! And hey sometimes I'm good on a few hours of sleep!... Before though I would have thought: I am wasting my day by sleeping in and I have to do things... (even though I work online so I can work whenever - day or night - I still felt I had these weird "deadlines") but now although I do have a "to do" list and things to get done, work in my business to complete, I like to say to myself "I have no where to be and nothing to do right now." I have become so much more relaxed and go with the flow than a year or so ago. Little things don't bother me as much.I do what I want and don't worry as much. Now it's time to workout!Hope you have a great Tuesday! (And chill out why don't ya ;)
What a fabulous lather! Our organic facial soap bars are full of skin loving, detoxing ingredients. Black cumin seed oil is great for skin regeneration and walnut oil if fabulous for fine lines and wrinkles. We use nothing artificial, only organic whole food ingredients. We like to keep it simple and down to earth here at Benevolence Naturals. No synthetic additives, harsh chemicals, or palm oil here. "The World Health Organization has found that 85% of adult cancers are avoidable, and of these, around half are related to nutrition deficiencies in the Western diet." Fruits are high in vitamin-c, folate and potassium. They..
1. help lower the risk of heart disease
2. help the body form red blood cells
3. increase wound healing time
