When the nanas are sweet and the smoothies are cold ๐Ÿ‘ผ it's been a scorcher here in Sydney today but tbh it feels pretty normal to me after 6 weeks in India/3 weeks in Bali. To make this tasty I blended frozen bananas, raspberries and strawberries with cinnamon, maca, a splash of coconut water and a tsp of @teelixir cordyceps mushroom powder (๐Ÿ’ช) and topped it with more fruit, homemade muesli, and a whole bunch of good stuff from @thesourceglebe ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒธ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ’ซ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿƒ

Reason 6๏ธโƒฃ - Did you know that "1.2 billion people will go hungry to bed today versus we feed 1.5 billion livestock worldwide daily.
These numbers are unbelievable. What do you think? So many people are hungry and we feed a livestock instead of these people. It is so sad. Just from a selfish reason to have meat on our plate because it tastes nice. My opinion is - meat doesn't taste nice unless you will season the meat with spices and herbs. Otherwise it tastes horrible. ๐ŸŒ
Any kind of meat doesn't contain anything what we couldn't get from a plant food.
So please next time when you are buying any kind of animal products consider these numbers and buy plant food instead.

Tarap fruit! Also called 'lumuk' here or 'marang' in the phillipines. According to me there are 3 varieties by skin color: green (as in this video, sweetest variety, like marshmallows, does not smell when closed, heaviest fruit and mostly completely filled with pods), yellow (tastes more lime-ey, still bery sweet though, mostly bigger fruits, smells a lot and sweet when closed, less 'filled' with pods than the green one) and brown (most available variety, tastes and smells as a mix of the green and yellow varieties, can be very tricky pod-wise, sometimes 50 sometimes 2!!). I have been fruitarian 100% fruits for 1 year and 4 months now and feeling amazing as fuck, soo gratefull to have found out about it, i feel very privilaged. Besides that this is my top 3 fruits so far: On the 3rd place the beautiful fruit in the video 'tarap' with the green variety being my favourite. Second place goes to the king of fruits 'durian'. I have been spoiled with amazing durians here in Borneo. And the number one...... 'cempeJACK'! My absolute favourite with the 'dacky chempejack' (taste is more chempedacky than jackfruity) being the best of them all. So as you can imagine Borneo has been very good for us as my whole top 3 is native to the island๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ˜‹
