I have achieved a goal I never thought I'd be able to reach. I've got abs! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜ณ with this change of diet, my body has found it's rhythm. I switched to a low-fat diet, high carb and protein; I lift weights that challenge me regularly, and I have incorporated HIIT into my training in place of ol' fashioned cardio. I feel like an entirely new person.
On a side note, these leggings no longer fit me. They were practically falling off during my entire workout! That's another thing I never thought I'd experience. It feels -AWESOME-. .

We love incorporating this piece of equipment into our Pilates workouts. Here is another exercise that hopefully looks much easier than it is! In particular the overhead reach component is very challenging on both core control & shoulder dynamic stability (use a smaller range of shoulder flexion if your stability needs work!). The push up component also challenges shoulder awareness while building upper body strength. โ€ข
