STAY CENTRED WITH A MORNING ROUTINE: My dad always told me to get into a routine. It's the healthiest thing possible. When I took drugs and drank, I had no routine and lived in chaos. In #recovery, I am blessed to have a daily morning routine that keeps me centred. I may not manage to do it every single day but 9 times out of ten I do. My morning routine includes: prayer, shower and groom, breakfast, walk Chewy, and head out to hit my day Simple and it keeps me grounded. If I don't pray, I feel off centre and a little uneasy until I do pray. If I don't eat, I'm famished by 9am. If I don't shower, well, that's not pleasant for anyone What's your ROUTINE?
