So... Quite the tale I have for you guys!
Yesterday my humans and me went to my first class again, after absence of a month. And, well, I didn't behave so good. When my hudad got my attention, I did do all the tricks and stuff right... But I wasn't so sweet towards other dogs. It's something my humans noticed before, but it got worse during their absence. What did I do? Well... When I meet another dog, I freeze up and snap at their mouth . So we got a little private session to work out how that could happen.
According to the headmaster of the dogschool () it's because of Queenie and Hella (I also didn't behave against Queenie, you know). Queenie and Hella are in the same pack and do not need to compete against each other (they know their place), but I don't belong there anymore and tend to be more agressive to handle myself - even towards other dogs. It just got worse after a month being in "their pack", and not in mine.
The solution? I can't see Queenie or Hella for over two months - only on neutral territory, to see if it helps my behaviour. I'm still too young to focus on behavioural training... So that's what we are going to do. Luckily my humans move into their house, with garden, from this weekend on...
Who would say this pretty angel-face would be such a handful?
