Acceleration and Reaction time are a huge element of many sports like basketball, baseball, football, soccer, volleyball, tennis etc... This drill incorporates both variables. Reacting off an audible and visual cue, being explosive, and creating that 45 degree angle are all being displayed here. So many great things about this simple and effective drill. You may have a nice house but if the foundation is unstable, it’s a matter of time before it collapses! Here at T.A.P. Athletics we progress kids and reinforce the fundamentals day in and day out until our foundation is rock solid! Train hard, but train smart! 🧠♂️♀️

3. Having a strong body in football being able to shield the ball aids rugby performance such as turning over the Ball.
