Loic Tagne, 2001-born member of the Richmond Hill Soccer Club OPDL Boys and the Ontario Provincial U16 Boys Team, perfoming single-leg plyometric exercises at the Soccer Fitness Training Centre.
These exercises help to build agility, foot speed, and balance. Because so many movements in soccer are done on only one foot at a time, training with one foot at a time helps to add specificity and prevent one side from being too dominant.
