My post workout routine . I use 5g of creatine and one scoop of whey protein from @proformnutrition ; recovery is when you are pushing your body. In order to be able to push as hard as possible it’s important to nourish, supplement and rest it appropriately. This week I’ve only trained three times due to work commitments, then I chilled with the dudes last night . This morning... I slept in , so instead of rushing a big leg session; shoulders and glutes were hit . It was a fab and sweaty session and I got a decent pump. Winning. Sometimes people come into your life by chance or circumstance that changes everything for you. They can offer an opportunity that raises you up, raises your standards and pushes you towards becoming the best version of you or they can suck the life right out of you.
There are many people like this shaping our lives constantly, teaching us life lessons, leaving an incredible impression and preparing us for what lies ahead. .
On occasion you’ll find not one, not two, but a whole tribe of people just like you who have the same thing in common. These people are the rare ones for they elevate you, they build you up, they share ideas, they get you, they walk along side of you, they may walk ahead of you but they’re always moving in the same direction and paving the way for better things to come. It’s these people who remind you that who you are and what you’re doing and why you’re doing it will all be worth it.
To our tribe of women, our girl gang, our 80 women strong, our once a mother always a mother, our super rare peeps...WE raise our hands up for connecting with each other and changing lives together.

I did not feel like working out today.
I felt tired, achey, bloated,
The list goes on...
Plus - it was my heavier leg day,
And I was really not looking forward to it
But I pushed through,
And I completed the workout.
I didn't go as heavy on my lifts,
But I still felt accomplished at the end,
Because I still went and
TRIED MY BEST♀️
Everyday isn't gong to be perfect,
You're not always going to have the best workouts.
But it's all about being consistent,
And pushing yourself.

Whether you are working, relaxing at home, or spending time with friends, appreciate every moment actively. Make yourself conscious of what is going on and truly bask in that moment. These instances, whether good or bad, are quick to pass. Make every minute count and learn to enjoy each and every one. You can do this by taking inventory: where am I? Who am I with? How do I feel right now? What is going on? Recognize every detail, and live truly and fully.
