This is what it looks like when you lack consistency 👆🏽👆🏽 One of the guys who is already finished the workout is filming me struggle on the bike, and the other two, who have also finished, are putting the weights away... meanwhile I’m still just trying to survive 😪
It really doesn’t matter that I was last to finish this workout, and it still wouldn’t matter if I finished first. All that matters is, I really struggled to keep myself going. The rest between reps and exercises really demonstrated to me that I have not put in the effort lately to be able to smash through a workout the way I once could. So I’ll just start being more consistent with my training and see what happens, maybe I’ll get a bit fitter, or maybe it’ll toughen up my mindset, so I think less, and move more... 🤷🏽‍♂️ No need to wait until the new year, I can start right now 😉 #fnewyearsresolutions #starttoday .
