3 meals in 2 days and adjusting to the new surrounding. It’s all about knowing how the body functions and knowing that food is not for pleasure but necessity. Been sticking to primal eating and things look good so far. Food preps getting on track so should be set by tomorrow. The workout done today was some arms with 600 skips and 150 push ups to wrap it up. Here is the arms workout.
5 sets dumbbell curls Super set with tricep extension-50-40-30-20-10 reps with last set 5 drop set of 10-10-15-15-20.
