This is Prudence. Prudence has had 2 children. Prudence likes to go to the gym & lift heavy shit. One day Prudence wanted to go for a PB. Prudence decided to accessorise with a belt as her core isn't what it used to be (having pushed 2 children out of her vagina) and she felt needed a little help. Prudence tightened her pink belt, braced herself, held her breath & squatted down. Prudence went to stand up... But the pressure on her core was too much! It had to go somewhere! It couldn't go up! It couldn't go out! It had to go down!!! Poor Prudence now lives in a plastic bag, I'm my car, for fear of going out and something dropping out. She is now known as Prudence the Prolapse chicken.
