When I was a senior in high school I tracked my workouts. I found the little books I did this in. Then after college I started doing it again for a couple of years. Then stopped again.
I picked the habit back up again in 2015 and write stuff down everyday. My wife jokes with me sometimes about "writing stuff in my journal" lol but if you're serious about progress - I highly recommend it. I also write down goals in here. Plus, since I've been training/dieting for this show, I have been recording what I've been eating so I can see what is working, what's not working for when I wanna do Anotha One.
