Yesterday I attended a workshop by lovely @ediblealchemy.co about making vinegar. I had already some experience before with making ACV, but I wasn’t convinced with the outcome. So, the workshop was super helpful and I can’t wait to taste it. And yes, there will be a special mail only about fermentation, not sure yet, when though.
Here comes a fusion food. Tasty Crepes with cooked apple jam which is generally the stuffing for an Apple Pie.
A truly fantastic cross between the Dessert French Crepes and an Apple Pie. If someone asked me to present this dish, then I would have named it "The Doctor's Fruity Fairytale". The concrete reason behind this name is that the flavors will remind one's childhood tales and this fruit has a reputation of keeping the Doctor away.
