For the past few months Matt and I have been starting our day w/ apple cider vinegar (ACV)
Not only has it helped me with my GI issues, it's also been a nice way to sit and relax for a few minutes before rushing out the door to head to work
We mix 1Tbs ACV + 8-10 ounces of water. You can also add things like stevia or honey if you need a little sweetness
