Day 1: COMPLETE! I decided to do arms & abs today since my legs are still sore from a pretty intense hike this weekend. I climbed almost 3,000 stairs to summit a mountain (it’s called the Manitou Incline; located in Colorado). Anyway, I am feeling great after this workout!! I was tired beforehand, but now I am feeling energized How did everyone’s first day go today?!
Arms and abs featuring new leggings. These are super comfy! Got them yesterday, tried them on and didnt take them off until bed time. Granted I ony laid on the couch and watched tv, but after 6hours walking around a zoo, i felt i could haha. Feeling so motivated today! #newgymgear#bbg#armsandabs#workout
