Aside from deloads I always try and find a way of improving everyone each session, whether thats through a weight PB, reps, volume, bodyweight etc and today was no exception. @skinger09 progressed her weights in the squat over 15 reps, 10 reps and 5 reps in the same session, alongside hip thrusts and pull ups.

If you haven't heard about this girl, well she's been a beast. I've had the priviledge of training her since middle school and even then she talked of her dream of next level soccer and now she's got a full ride to the #2 soccer school in the country and is earning invites to play for the us national team!!
