Cookies n creams are now available. Made with oreos of course
If you remember, I started this recipe with cookies n cream cupcake as well as frosting but the buttercream over powered the cupcake. Although both were delicious it was just to much cookie n cream flavor jammed packed in a cupcake. I just came up with a new chocolate recipe as well which is so amazing. So here we have my new take on it. Chocolate cupcake with cookies n cream buttercream.
I get asked for this video a lot so here it is, my simple batard score. I score deeper if the dough feels strong and I know it can take it, more shallow if it's well proofed and feels fragile. Will post a result shot when I finish baking
It's @spottedgardens last week of his edible landscaping class, and that means my last week of Wednesday night baking. This week the recipe had to include raspberries. I am also obsessed with our new lemon basil plant, so lemon basil cupcakes with raspberry butter cream were created. I feel like we're celebrating spring in style over here! RECETA BIZCOCHO DE LIMÓN CON GLASEADO DE LIMÓN BIZCOCHO:
Ir mezclando los ingredientes en un bol con varillas en este mismo orden e integrando uno a uno.
- 3 huevos
- 2 medidas de azúcar (con el vaso de yogur)
- 1 yogur de limón
- 1 medida de yogur de aceite de oliva virgen extra
- Ralladura de un limón grande
- 3 medidas de harina y un sobre de levadura previamente mezclados y tamizados
Hornear aprox. 40 minutos a una temperatura no muy alta para que salga jugoso, hasta que al pinchar con un palillo salga limpio. GLASEADO:
Mezclar en un bol con una cucharilla 100 gramos de azúcar glas, 4 cucharillas de zumo limón y 2 cucharillas de agua. Debe salir una pasta densa, si quieres que sea más líquida echa más agua o zumo. Echar la mezcla por encima del bizcocho una vez frío.
